• Please see that your child comes to school on time. Breakfast is served in the cafeteria at 7:30 a.m. STUDENTS SHOULD NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THIS TIME. All students arriving after 8:10 will be counted tardy and MUST BE SIGNED IN BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN.
• ALL VISITORS MUST REPORT TO THE OFFICE. We welcome you to visit our school whenever you feel the need. Please report to the office to get a visitors tag.
• If there is a change in the way your child is to dismissed, please send a note to the teacher or call the office before 2:00. Without as note or phone call, students will be dismissed with the group they are normally dismissed with.
• STUDENTS WILL NOT BE DISMISSED EARLY AFTER 2:30. Please do not make a habit of picking your child up from school early. We understand that sometimes emergencies may arise and appointments have to be made during the school day. We simply want your child to be present for the entire day so that he/she can learn as much as possible and not fall behind.
• DISMISSAL – Parents who pick their children up in cars are asked to remain in their cars during dismissal. Please follow the directions of teachers in order to protect the safety of students. Please do not park across the street and walk over to the school. This not only leads to traffic problems but may also affect the safety of the students. Also, you could receive a parking ticket for parking in an area where parking is not permitted.
• If you would like to have a CONFERENCE with your child’s teacher, please contact them for an appointment during their planning time. Arrival and dismissal times are not convenient times to hold a conference. The planning times for each grade level are as follows:

PK – 2:00-3:00
K – 9:10-10:50
1st – 11:40-12:40
2nd – 10:05-11:05
3rd – 1:50-2:50
4th – 12:45-1:45
